Millennial Power Group was formed with a clear vision: to provide a ONE-STOP solution for the electrical needs of both residential and commercial customers in Perth.
Jack and Cade, both experienced electricians, saw the potential to create a company that delivers exceptional services while also cultivating a positive work environment. Our vision is to establish Millennial as an ’Employer of Choice’, so we can attract and retain the best talent in the business.
Millennial has grown steadily, and we are now expanding our team and services in response to increased demand. This demand has been fuelled by the strong referrals from happy residential clients and the relationships we have formed with builders and commercial clients.

Jack Keily, co-founder of Millennial Power Group, is a licensed electrician and holds a Solar Accreditation Australia Certificate. With a rich background and extensive experience in both general electrical and renewable sectors, Jack has led large-scale solar projects and trained many new electricians. Jack plays a key role in driving the company’s vision and growth.

Cade Davis, co-founder of Millennial Power Group, is a licensed electrician with extensive industry experience. With multiple Solar Accreditations and qualifications in air-conditioning, off grid and battery, Cade excels in both commercial and residential projects. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to customer satisfaction, he ensures every project meets the highest standards.
